Is there a money-back guarantee?
No. OptoSoft does not offer a money-back guarantee. All payments are final and we do not provide refunds on any paid plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export all records, prescriptions, and invoices. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers in line with our privacy policy.
